Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you wish to return the product, please contact our customer support at support@5thclover.com.my with the subject "Return Item", otherwise the request will not be processed.

Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.

Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.

We only accept return wrong or damaged item.

To be eligible for a return;
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will received the refund withinworking days after the confirmation.

You would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process.
We will refund a maximum of RM8.00 for your return postage fees if your return is approved.
